Founding Beta terms.

These Terms govern your use of the Decision Owl marketing website, dedicated web application and related beta access.

Decision Owl is a product individually operated in the Philippines. References to “Decision Owl,” “we,” “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to its individual operator. For operator identity and privacy contact information, please see the Privacy Policy.

Beta access

Decision Owl is in a Founding Beta stage. Access is provided after the applicable verification and activation process. Access may be changed as the product evolves, with reasonable notice where practical.

Accounts and activation

Decision Owl has its own account registration and sign-in process. A ChatGPT account or subscription is not required. Creating an account does not by itself activate paid Founding Beta access or VIP Beta access. Access depends on the eligibility, verification and activation process that applies to the relevant program.

Pricing

Founding Beta access is available as ₱499 for 1 month (30 days), ₱799 for 2 months (60 days), or ₱999 for the 3-Month Founding Beta (90 days). All plans include the Decision Owl Quick Start Guide. The 3-Month Founding Beta also includes the Decision Owl Workbook (Founding Beta Edition), a ₱600 value. Founding Beta pricing is introductory and is not promised as a permanent price.

Beta programs

Paid Founding Beta is Decision Owl’s paid early-access program, available through the published package options and access periods. Payment and manual verification take place before access is activated.

VIP Beta is a separate complimentary, invitation-only testing program. It provides seven days of access and up to 20 AI requests. VIP access begins only after the owner explicitly activates the participant’s beta period; registration alone does not start it. VIP resource access is limited to the entitlements applicable to the VIP program.

External services

Decision Owl is accessed through its dedicated web application. Third-party services used for registration or payment may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your decisions

Decision Owl supports reflection and learning. You remain responsible for your choices and for seeking appropriate professional advice when a decision requires it.
